Nick has expertise in the search and selection of senior professionals across many industry sectors including; tourism, rural, engineering, food processing, infrastructure and construction.

Nick has previously held management roles with a focus on sales and marketing leadership. Previous roles have included management and consulting within the HR, rural, construction, telecommunications and not for profit sectors.

Nick enjoys sailing most Saturdays over the summer, skiing in the winter and chasing after his toddler daughter. Nick is currently on the Management Board of the Sumner Life Boat and is a member of the Naval Point Club.

Experience:

Stewart has worked extensively with Boards of Directors and executive management teams on a number of strategic and human resource consulting projects. He has a broad background with particular emphasis in performance management, remuneration and incentive/performance programmes, and also in the appointment of Directors and Chief Executive positions in both the public and private sectors.

Sport and family play a large part in Stewart's life. His wife manages an importing business; he has a daughter in London and two sons in Christchurch. Stewart is a Director of the Canterbury Rugby Football Union and the Crusaders Franchise, and past Director of the New Brighton Surf Life Saving Club and the Shirley Rugby Club.

Experience:

Scott has over 20 years management experience working in the media, airlines, travel, and real estate industries. Scott has operated at senior management or CEO level, with his roles focused on sales + marketing and managing the business.

Scott has been a Director on a number of business, sporting, cultural boards and has been a business mentor for a number of young entrepreneurs, helping provide them with a sound platform on which to build their business.

As well as being Chair of the Audit Committee, Scott is in his 10th year as a Board Member of the Canterbury Employers Chamber of Commerce (CECC). He is a fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Management and a member of the Institute of Directors.

Having a passion for great business practice, Scott is an avid reader of business books, websites and blogs. He is a fan of Tom Peters and his ‘Excellence’ credo.

Experience:

Madeleine has over 10 years’ experience in employment law and human resources and has been with Brannigans since 2009. Her experience prior to joining Brannigans includes working as a senior solicitor in a national law firm, working as in-house legal advisor in the UK, as well as lecturing on employment law. Most recently Madeleine ran her own consultancy providing employment law and human resource solutions to a wide range of clients.

Madeleine’s clients range from small to large businesses, to multi-national companies and local government bodies. She also has a number of Australian based clients. Her experience spans private and public sector advising clients in manufacturing and primary industry, health, retail and professional services.

Madeleine enjoys building a strong relationship with her clients and understanding their business. She aims to provide timely, strategic, business-focused advice, utilising not only her employment law knowledge, but her human resources skills and knowledge.

Madeleine is a member of the Institute of Directors and the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand.
