This senior administration role will report to the National Administration Manager and is an integral part of the Central Divisional team. The objective of this role is to leverage frontline services by working with managers to ensure awareness of operating procedures, systems and policies in the areas of contract monitoring, asset management, procurement, quality reviews and general administration. You will be responsible for building strong relationships across the division, to educate and ensure team members are aware of best operating procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will have a hands on approach, be exceptionally organised with strong business knowledge and experience. You will have a desire to achieve quality outcomes, have a proactive approach with outstanding communication and customer service skills. A senior administration background including exposure to process and procedure implementation and improvement will be highly advantageous for this role.
